Profile

The upper block displays information about your profile:

  • User name
  • Email address

There is a button that enables you to change your name or password.

Billing

Payment cards

After choosing the payment period, you need to add a card to pay for the subscription. To do this, click the Add card button.

You can add as many cards to your account as you like. If you have 2 or more cards on file, you can set one of them as the default card, and also delete any card. To do this, just click the corresponding icon on the card.

Subscription

There are two billing periods available - monthly and annual.

  • Monthly - will charge your card once a month.
  • Annual - will charge your card once a year.

By default, there are 2 channels and included in a 7 days trial that does not require any payment card.

After linking a payment card to your account, you will be able to change the subscription - add or remove channels and storege units, change billing period.

By default, all your statistics data is stored in the cloud rolling for 3 months, after which it is permanently deleted. If you are interested in storing your data for a longer period of time, you can add extra storage units to the subscription. Notice that after adding storage units you need to activate them for the corresponding channels in the Locations section.
