Profile & Billing
The upper block displays information about your profile:
- User name
- Email address
- The number of purchased and activated desktop application licenses
If you do not have a subscription yet, you would need to select the payment period first.
Monthly - will charge your card once a month.
Annual - will charge your card once a year.
In the future, you can change the payment period if necessary, and all payments will be recalculated accordingly.
After choosing the payment period, you need to add a card to pay for the subscription. To do this, click the Add card button.
In the form that appears, fill in the required fields and click the Save button.
Your card will be added to the list.
You can add as many cards to your account as you like. To do this, repeat the steps above.
Removing cards and setting to default
If you have 2 or more cards tied, you can set one of them as the default card, and also delete any card. To do this, just click the corresponding icon on the card.
After linking a payment card to your account, you will be able to change the subscription.
To add a channel or several channels to the subscription, click the Add button opposite the information about the number of channels, and to remove, respectively, the Remove button.
In the window that appears, select the number of channels to add/remove and click OK to confirm the action.
Add/Remove extra storage units
By default, all your statistics data is stored in the cloud rolling for 3 months, after which it is permanently deleted.
If you are interested in storing your data for a longer period of time, you can add extra storage units to the subscription and apply them to the corresponding channels.
To add/remove extra units of storage, you need to click the Add/Remove button opposite to the available quantity.
In the window that appears, select the number of periods to add/remove and click OK to confirm the action.
Changing the billing period of your subscription
You can change the billing period of a subscription from monthly to annual and vice versa at any time.
To change the payment period, you need to click the button opposite the information about your payment period.
